CES Tournament Registration Information

• Deadline to Register: Tuesday, 12pm of the tournament week
• Payment must be received by Tuesday, 12pm of the tournament week
• No refunds if cancellation is less than 10 Days before the event (see below for full refund policy)
• Schedule will be posted by end of business day on Thursday before the tournament on the homepage

CES Tournament Refund Policy

All refund requests must be submitted via email to abadmus@cesports.net. Requests for a full refund must be made no later than 10 business days prior to tournament tip-off. There will be no full refunds for requests made with less than 10 business days notice prior to tournament tip-off.

There will be no partial refunds granted. Refunds requested with less than 10 business days notice will be in the form of credit towards a future tournament hosted by Competitive Edge Sports.

Exceptions: Teams will receive a full refund with less than 10 days notice in the following cases:

1. Tournament Director cancels the tournament
2. Tournament is cancelled due to inclement weather conditions
3. Medical emergency or death in the immediate family of a coach or player (proof required)

In the event that registration and fees are submitted within 10 days of tournament tip-off and then the team wishes to withdraw, no refund or credit will be granted.

No refund of any type will be granted to teams who voluntarily withdraw after tournament begins.
